For Business Travelers

Is applicable in case you are traveling on business / company work. This visa is given for travel of less than 90 days.
Visa fee: 60 euros

Mandatory Documents:

1. Original passport valid for at least six months + one photocopy of the first page and of the last page of the passport
2. One application form with all columns filled in and 2 recent photographs in the size of 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms(the face size from top of head to chin is between 3 and 3.5 cm) with white / light background.
3. Disclaimer Form
4. Original covering letter from the company mentioning name and designation of the applicant and that of the signatory of managerial or executive level giving brief sketch of applicant's itinerary, name and address of the company to be visited.
5. Invitation letter from French company(“convention d’accueil” for scientists or researchers)
6. Copy of confirmed hotel reservation/ “Attestation d’accueil” in original (sponsorship certificate) accompanied by copy of documents submitted by sponsor at the “Mairie” in France
7. Copy of income tax papers of last three years, last three month bank statement, last 3 months salary slips(IT and Bankstatement of both personal & company is required)
8. Registration certificate of the company
9. Copy of overseas medical insurance policy + repatriation, evacuation cover (equivalent to 30000 euros)
10. Copy of air ticket or PNR (booking printout)

Note: *Internet Bank Statement will not be accepted. Only Bank Statement with name of the bank, branch address, contact number, applicant’s & company’s name, address, account number would be accepted.


The documents must be arranged in the order given above.

Important!

• If you have been to France several times then you can apply for one-year visa. Please provide a medical insurance policy for one year. The passport must be valid accordingly.
• For applicants from IT sector traveling for more than 30 days up to 90 days, the host organization has to get a clearance from the DDTEFP department of the French ministry in France.
• For applicants traveling for the purpose of training for more than 15 days up to 90 days, the host organization has to get a clearance from the DDTEFP department of the French ministry in France.
• Each application must be supported by a copy of the requisite documents. If you have received a fax you must photocopy the same and attach it to your application.
• You may be asked to produce the original documents at time of submission
• All photocopies must be in black and white and on A4 size paper.
• The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the expiry date of the visa.
• No visa will be issued on additional pages.
• Passport must contain at least two consecutive empty pages
• Passport Copies – First & Last page, Schengen visa pages and valid UK & US visa pages.
