This page allows you to schedule an appointment for French Visa at your convenience. The appointment is only for submitting your application at VFS France Visa Application Centre.

IMPORTANT:

With effect from 01 April 2013, the Biometrics at the France Consulate will be scheduled after 2 working days from the date of submission of the application at France VFS Mumbai.

While scheduling an appointment, Applicants, Travel Agents and Representatives are informed to give valid contact numbers. In case the contact details are not valid, then the appointment will be cancelled by VFS.

IMPORTANT:

Short Stay and Long Stay Visa:

For completing the biometric process at the French Consulate in Mumbai, it is mandatory for every applicant to visit the Consular office. Appointment for this will be given at the time of submission of your application. You need not come in person for submission; your travel agent or representative can submit your application on your behalf.

Note:

1. Travel agents are requested not to schedule more than 6 appointments per day. (Mumbai Consular Post)
2. Every month few days are reserved for group applications. (Group considered as 10 applications and above) Individual applications will not be accepted on those days. Therefore please secure your appointment well in advance.

• To re-schedule your appointment kindly call our help lines prior to your submission date.

Cancellation 

• If you are not able to submit your application/s on the appointed day, kindly have your appointment/s cancelled through this website, or by sending an email to info.francein@vfshelpline.com. Please ensure to cancel your appointment prior to your submission date.
